**These limits are set to protect against the known thermal effects of RF exposure. However, they may not account for potential non-thermal biological effects that are suggested by some scientific studies. The BioInitiative Report and the Building Biology Institute advocate for much lower exposure limits to protect against these non-thermal effects.
