This audit involves visual inspections and the use of tools such as EMF meters, Gas meters, VOC meters, far-infrared cameras. These have their own limitations with what they detect. Please note these limitations do exist. We invested in the recommended meters and applications to ensure we offer the best audits that our current meters can provide, however, they may not detect issues hidden behind walls, in crawl spaces, vents, or other inaccessible areas or other chemicals and pollutants we may not be measuring for. While we strive to conduct thorough evaluations, there are inherent limitations, and certain conditions like hidden mold or structural issues may be missed. Additionally, due to personal limitations, some physical inspections, such as crawling under spaces, may not be performed. Furthermore, we collect some of our information as references from various websites and organizations and presume these are valid and true. Science is always evolving so is our environment. We aim to provide what we can currently measure and validate. There may be other pollutants we are not yet aware of or have meters to measure.

By participating in this Healthy Home Audit, you agree to release and hold harmless Healthy Living Research & Development, its representatives, consultants, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to health-related issues, that may be sustained by you or your property, whether caused by our negligence or otherwise, during the course of the audit or any subsequent recommendations and actions taken based on the audit's findings.
